By using luxepawsx.com and/ or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the "Terms") Please make sure that you have read and understand the Terms before placing your order.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without providing you with prior notice. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access this website.
By using our website you are representing that you are of the age of the majority in your State/Province/Territory.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your use of any services provided by Luxe Paws.
By using our website you agree not to (i) promote, post, transmit, redistribute, upload, any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business; (ii) use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose(s) nor may you, in the use of this Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) (iii) transmit any worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature to our website and business.

SECTION 2–ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We do our best to ensure that information on the site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The material on This site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for decision making. Any questions or inquiries should first be sent to Customer Service, prior to the order. If the order was placed before you reached out to Customer Service which you can reach through our "Contact us" page. Any issues such as size/color/material related issues can only be exchanged (or for store credit) not returned . For full details on our Return/Exchanges policy please check our website. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the site are subject to change at any time without any notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours. However, the actual color you will see depends on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. An item's measurements stated on luxepawsx.com are approximate values and should be used as a refrence to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item. All items are hand measured as a result of that, may have a small margin of difference than what you measure. More information on measuring your pet to ensure proper fit can be found here. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in production and the tool you use to measure. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

SECTION 3– ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card/debit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You are representing that all information you provide to use in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 5- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES RULES

1. We do not accept returns for size related issues, only exchanges.
2. All returns are for store credit only
3. All returns requests must be received within 7 days of the date you received your order.
4. Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and in the condition they were when you received them.
5. Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate sent via email. We DO NOT issue refunds unless there was a problem on our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
6. Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Anything purchased during a SALES EVENT is final.
7. Luxe Paws reserves the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if any returned item is missing components, accessories, or does not meet our quality standards. Returns will be subject to a $4.99 return shipping fee (or pick up at our shop for free if you're local) which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
8. If there was an issue with shipping not on our end, (ie: You entered an incorrect address) and the package is returned to our facility, you will be subject to cover the return fees before we will ship out the order again.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

IMPORTANT: If you refuse to pay the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise disproved, Luxe Paws will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.

The majority of the products found on our website are supplied by other various vendors. We do not produce or generate our own products. We are strictly a reseller of products and have no input on the products representations or production.
Please note, the products are not intended to be associated with any other brand holders. We do not attempt to represent or imitate other brand(s) products. Any products that are inspired by other brands are not produced or generated by Luxe Paws.
All copyright information used on our site belong solely and strictly to the original brand holders. All our products may have similarities, again we repeat we do not produce or have any significant input on any other brand products. We do not attempt or represent ourselves as the any other brand we ONLY represent ourselves as Luxe Paws.
