THE RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns for size related issues, only exchanges. Please send us an email with your order number to start your request

All returns are for store credit only

Tracking code for your returned package must be provided (it helps us identify which package belongs to you).

All returns requests must be received within 7 days of the date you received your order.

Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.

For size exchanges we will not ship out the new size until we have received the original product(s) in hand.

Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate/code sent via email. We DO NOT issue refunds unless there was a problem on our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.

Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Anything purchased during a SALES EVENT is final.​

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
IMPORTANT: If you refuse to pay the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise disproved, Luxe Paws will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
