THE RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • We do not accept returns for size related issues, only exchanges. Please send us an email with your order number to start your request

​

  • All returns are for store credit only

​

  • Tracking code for your returned package must be provided (it helps us identify which package belongs to you).

​

  • All returns requests must be received within 7 days of the date you received your order. 

​

  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.

​

  • For size exchanges we will not ship out the new size until we have received the original product(s) in hand.

​

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate/code sent via email. We DO NOT issue refunds unless there was a problem on our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.

​

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Anything purchased during a SALES EVENT is final.​

​

  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

IMPORTANT: If you refuse to pay the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise disproved, Luxe Paws will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
